Application of the product:

Illumina Color 9/60 is mixed with Welloxon Perfect oxidizer in a 1:1 ratio (e.g., 60 ml Illumina Color + 60 ml Welloxon Perfect). The mixture is applied to dry hair. The processing time depends on the strength of the oxidizer and the desired color result:

• Lightening by 3 tones: 12% Oxidant
• Lightening by 2 tones: 9% Oxidant
• Lightening by 1 tone, coloring to the same or darker tone: 6% oxidant
