The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components.

Shipping Information

Our items are delivered exclusively within Germany by our shipping partners, DHL Paket GmbH or GLS.

• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Delivery time after shipping: 1–3 business days
• Total delivery time: approx. 3–5 business days

On the day of dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number from DHL or GLS. This allows you to track your order's progress online at any time and know exactly when your package will be delivered.

• Standard shipping within Germany: €5.90
• Free shipping on orders of €55 or more

Returns

If the delivered goods are damaged, if you have accidentally received an incorrect delivery, or if the return is made as part of a replacement delivery initiated by us (e.g., returning the originally defective item after receiving the replacement), we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the buyer shall bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
