Cancellation Policy
Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you only the value of the goods, but not the original shipping costs. The refund will be issued in the form of a permanently valid store credit, which will be registered to the email address used for the order. You can use this credit to purchase new products in our online shop at any time.

The reimbursement will be made no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Free Items / Gifts
All free items (e.g., promotional items, gifts, or goodies) delivered in connection with your order must be returned in full in the event of a withdrawal. If the free items are not returned, we reserve the right to deduct their actual retail value from the credit or to invoice you for them separately.
If free items were tied to the purchase of a specific product or to the total value of the order, they must also be returned in the case of a partial return of the respective product or if the original order value is no longer met.
Products expressly marked as free samples are excluded from this rule.
Processing Time
The processing of your return may take up to 14 working days.
Note on Digital Content
For digital content where performance has begun before the end of the withdrawal period, and where you have expressly consented to the performance beginning before the period expires, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely.
Loss of Value / Handling of the Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Non-collection or Refusal of Acceptance
Should a package be returned to us due to non-collection or refusal of acceptance, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs incurred, as well as a processing fee of €5.90, from the store credit issued.
Exclusion or Premature Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery.
