Application of the product:

To use, mix Wella Illumina Color with Welloxon Perfect in a 1:1 ratio. The exact exposure time depends on the desired lightening level and the oxidizing agent strength:

• For 3 levels of lightening: 1 part Illumina Color & 1 part Welloxon Perfect 12%
• For 2 levels of lightening: 1 part Illumina Color & 1 part Welloxon Perfect 9%
• For 1 tone lightening or gray coverage: 1 part Illumina Color & 1 part Welloxon Perfect 6%

Apply the mixture to dry hair. Leave on for:

• Without heat: 30 – 40 minutes
• With heat: 15 – 25 minutes

Expert tips:

For optimal results, apply the color first to the mid-lengths and ends and let it develop for 20 minutes. Then apply to the roots and let it develop for another 30-40 minutes. For additional intensity, you can extend the development time by 5-10 minutes.
