Application:

The Wella BlondorPlex Cream Toner /36 should be used after a bleaching service. Mix the toner in a 1:2 ratio with Welloxon Perfect 1.9% Pastel Developer for fast and even results. Apply the mixture to damp hair, starting at the roots and working towards the ends. Leave the toner on for 5 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. For a more intensive neutralization of golden highlights, you can add the Ultra Cool Booster.
