Application:

Mix L'Oréal Professionnel INOA 10 PLATINUM BLONDE in a 1:1 ratio with INOA Oxidant (available in 3%, 6%, or 9%, depending on the desired level of lift and gray hair coverage). Apply the mixture evenly to dry, unwashed hair. Leave on for 35 minutes. After the application time, rinse thoroughly with water and then shampoo.
