RefectoCil Blonde Brow is a specially developed bleaching paste that lightens dark eyebrows by up to three levels. This allows for a perfect match between the brow color and blonde or light-colored hair. It is used exclusively in combination with RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream.

Application:

1. **Preparation:** Thoroughly cleanse your eyebrows with an oil-free eye makeup remover to keep them oil-free and dry.
2. **Mixing:** Mix 2 cm of RefectoCil Blonde Brow with 20-25 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream to form a creamy paste.
3. **Application:** Apply the mixture evenly to the eyebrows.
4. **Exposure time:** Leave the paste on for as long as you want to achieve the desired whitening effect:
   • 5 minutes: Lightens by one level
   • 12 minutes: Lightens by two levels
   • 20 minutes: Brightens by three levels
5. **Removal:** Remove the paste with a damp cotton pad or an oil-free eye makeup remover.

Expert tips:

For optimal results, use only with RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream. Avoid contact with eyes and perform a skin compatibility test before first use.
