RefectoCil 3% Cream Developer 100ml
RefectoCil 3% Cream Developer is a stabilized, cream-based developer specially formulated for use with RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash tints. Its thick consistency allows it to easily mix with the tints to create a smooth and easy-to-apply paste.

Application:
Mix 2 cm of RefectoCil color with 15-20 drops of Cream Developer to create a creamy paste. Apply the mixture immediately to the eyebrows or eyelashes and leave it on for 5-10 minutes. Then remove the color with clean water and cotton pads. When used with RefectoCil Blonde Brow, the application time is reduced.
Expert tip:
For those who prefer a liquid consistency, RefectoCil Oxidant liquid is also available, which delivers equally brilliant color results.
