RefectoCil Eyebrow and Eyelash Tint in shade 3.1 Light Brown offers a versatile, naturally light brown tint that enhances the brilliance of dark blonde to light brown hair. Ideal for glossy styles and subtle emphasis on the eye area.

Application:

1. Remove contact lenses.
2. Cleanse the eye area with an oil-free eye makeup remover.
3. Apply skin protection cream and apply eyelash strips or silicone pads.
4. Mix 2 cm of paint with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream to form a creamy paste.
5. Apply the mixture to eyebrows and eyelashes.
6. Application time: eyelashes 10 minutes, eyebrows 5-10 minutes (the longer the application time, the more intense the result).
7. Remove with clean water and cotton pads.

Expert tips:

For individual brown shades, color No. 3.1 Light Brown can be mixed with RefectoCil No. 3 Natural Brown. A skin compatibility test is recommended before first use or after extended coloring breaks.

• The paint is smudge- and water-resistant and lasts up to 6 weeks.
• One tube containing 15 ml is sufficient for approximately 30 applications.
