The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

Shipping information

Our items are delivered exclusively within Germany with our shipping partners DHL Paket GmbH or GLS.

• Processing time: 1–2 business days
• Delivery time after dispatch: 1–3 working days
• Total delivery time: approx. 3–5 working days

On the day of shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation from DHL or GLS, including a tracking number. This allows you to view the progress of your order online at any time and know exactly when your package will be delivered.

Shipping costs

• Standard shipping within Germany: 5.90 €
• Free shipping for orders over 55 €

Returns

If the delivered goods are damaged, you accidentally received the wrong item, or the return is part of a subsequent delivery arranged by us (e.g., returning the originally defective item after receiving the replacement), we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs. In all other cases, the buyer bears the direct cost of the return shipment.
