RefectoCil No. 2 Blue-Black – Eyebrow and Eyelash Tint (15 ml)

Application:

1. Remove contact lenses and thoroughly cleanse the eye area with an oil-free makeup remover.
2. Mix 2 cm of the color with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream to form a creamy paste.
3. Apply the mixture to the desired areas using a dye stick.
4. Let the color work for 10 minutes.
5. Remove the color with clean water and a cotton pad.

Expert tips:

For optimal results, we recommend conducting a skin compatibility test prior to application. If you have previously applied RefectoCil Blonde Brow, the application time is reduced to 1–5 minutes. After an eyelash curl, the application time is 2 minutes.

• RefectoCil No. 2 Blue-Black is particularly suitable for customers with blue-black dyed hair to harmoniously adjust the eyebrows.
• One tube containing 15 ml is sufficient for approximately 30 applications.
• The appropriate RefectoCil Oxidant is required for application.
