Cancellation policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will only refund the value of the goods, but not the original shipping costs. The refund will be made in the form of a permanent shop credit , which will be registered to the email address used when placing the order. You can use this credit to purchase new products in our online shop at any time.

The refund will be made no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notified us of your cancellation. This deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

Free items / extras

In the event of a cancellation, all free gifts (e.g., promotional items, gifts, or goodies) delivered in connection with your order must be returned in full . If the free items are not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the actual retail value from the credit balance or invoice you separately.

If free items were tied to the purchase of a specific product or to the total value of the order, they must be returned even if the corresponding product is partially returned or the original order value is less than the original order value.

Excluded from this are products expressly marked as free samples.

Processing time

Processing your return may take up to 14 business days .

Note on digital content

In the case of digital content whose execution has begun before the expiry of the withdrawal period and for which you have expressly agreed that execution will begin before the expiry of the period, the right of withdrawal expires prematurely .

Loss of value / handling of the goods

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling which is not necessary to check the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.

Non-collection or refusal of acceptance

If a package is returned to us due to non-collection or refusal of acceptance, we reserve the right to deduct the shipping costs incurred and a processing fee of €5.90 from the refunded balance.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
